Just because we're stuck inside doesn't mean we can't share the joy of live theatre! Join us for a virtual play reading on Sunday, April 26th, at 8pm, raising funds for Theatre Strong, a campaign to support the theatres of the Rogue Valley.
Check out the Facebook event HERE
Some of the best performers in the Rogue Valley will be joining me for a reading of my adaptation of one of Shakespeare’s most gripping works. Macbeth: A Love Story focuses on the ambitious, passionate, doomed couple at the heart of the story. With only six performers, this retelling promises to show you this classic tragedy in a brand-new light.
This reading will be shown on Youtube Live, with a link being posted on the Facebook event page the night-of. Watch on your computer, tablet, or even your phone. Turn it on in the background and listen as an audio-drama! Lend us your ears, your eyeballs, and please consider making a donation to one (or more!) of the theatres in the Rogue Valley.
A $5 suggested donation is requested (and if you can donate enough to get one of the Theatre Strong bracelets, you'll look very fashionable!). We have given much to these theatres, and they have given much to us. In these unpredictable times, every dollar really does count, and we can help ensure a future full of fantastic performances in the Rogue Valley if we all work together.
